Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting We are currently in need of a professional and experienced Medical Assistant with FRONT desk and BACK OFFICE experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for assisting physicians and medical staff and greeting patients.
The candidate will also be responsible for answering phones, filing medical paperwork and scheduling appointments.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative and energetic team that is currently working hard to improve our patients' experience at our office! Responsibilities: * Answer calls, screen calls, and transfer calls.
* Make on the phone and in person appointments * Room patients, Assist with patient matters in the back office * Organize files and schedule appointments.
* Provide customer service to patients.
* Answer emails from patients.
* Answer questions from doctors.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.
