Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing client concerns
- Manage incoming calls
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating client information and appointments
- Upkeep of office and client areas
- Assist with sterilizing testing equipment between clients
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Client check out and payment processing using MindBody software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or front desk role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in computer use, including data entry and basic software applications
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Team player and positive attitude about health and wellness
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information
