*General Job Description:*
We are hiring customer service focused individuals to join our team as a front desk associate/retail sales representative.
This position includes assisting clients in scheduling their classes, helping customers pick out different products to meet their training and enrichment needs, orienting new clients to the Zoom Room and providing an overall exceptional customer experience.
*General Duties Include:*
* Answering the phone
* Responding to emails and inquiries
* Scheduling classes and lessons
* Light cleaning of the gym, retail areas and restrooms
* Stocking inventory and checking in new product shipment
* Making doggy donuts
*Job Requirements Include:*
* Availability on weekends and afternoons/evenings
* Reliable transportation
* A desire to work around dogs and learn about training to be able to recommend appropriate products and services
