\*\*\*Please DO NOT call the business front desk for job inquiry\*\*\* About Serenity MedSpa: Looking for a front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact for all clients and to assist team members with general office tasks and flow of office.
Founded in 2006, Serenity MedSpa is a full-service premiere medical spa that offers the most advanced and comprehensive procedures, products and services in our tranquil and relaxing spa oasis at two locations in San Francisco and Burlingame.
We are currently offering FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions at our Burlingame office, and are looking for a personable and energetic team player who is an adaptive learner and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities: As training is provided, previous medspa administrative experience is not required, but a huge plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Greet and direct clients accordingly * Check-ins/outs, Schedule follow up appointments, handling all payment transactions * Engage as a resource to provide recommendations for all Medspa treatments and products the Medspa offers * Schedule appointments via phone, email and take messages for the doctors and registered nurses and take messages * Check inventory, request, order and maintain all supplies as needed * Assist and maintain client database and records up to date in the EMR * Opening/Closing the medspa and minor upkeep of lounge areas * Maintain a clean and organized reception work area Qualifications:(Ideal candidate demonstrates the following qualities) * Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast paced environment * Promptness, punctuality and reliability * Self-reliance/problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask, balanced with working in a team-driven atmosphere * Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with an emphasis on keen attention to detail * Tech-savvy (email/typing, mobile devices, POS, scheduling software, general knowledge of Windows/MAC OS) * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate courteously and professionally with clients, coworkers and management * An interest in the beauty industry, especially beauty-service industry * Available to work some Saturdays * Cooperative team member ++ Knowledge of MDWare Software a big plus ++ Prior experience in customer service a plus ++ Bilingual (Mandarin or Korean language a big plus) Experience: * Customer Service: 2 year (Preferred) * Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred) * Office Administration: 2 year (Preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.
