Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide accurate information to callers and address their inquiries or concerns - Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Provide exceptional customer support by addressing customer needs promptly and effectively - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience as receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Proficient in office management software and computer skills - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks - Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a professional manner Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
