*Responsibilities*
* Organize the display fridge and front desk
* Greet customers as they enter
* Take orders while paying attention to details (e.
g milk preference, ice level, sweetness level, toppings)
* Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
* Communicating with customers in person and via phone and text with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and appealing space for customers and employees, in accordance with operations and sanitation and safety rules.
* Communicates and works well with others, acts maturely and professionally.
* Takes initiative to get work done; can work independently and as a team.
* Contribute to a positive work environment that makes for both happy employees and happy customers.
*Qualifications*
* Prior experience in applied position is a plus
* Great attitude and willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Committed to stay employed with us for at least 3 months.
* Must provide a valid social security number/legal documentation to work in the United States & successfully pass a background screening to be considered for hire
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
