PLM is looking for Customer Service Representatives to be responsible for daily order reviews, order processing, following up on orders by calling our customers.
Duties will include reaching out to customers to verify orders, and reach out customers by phones, text, and emails.
Assist our Sales Team by reaching out to potential D2C, B2B leads, qualify and setting appointments with Account Executives.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process, and excellent communication skills.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
* Review daily orders, order processing, managing return inquires, etc.
* Maximize sales by reaching out to sold / unsold customers.
* Make 100+ outbound calls daily minimum to customers.
* Send 100+ outbound emails daily minimum to customers.
* Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
* Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
* Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment.
* Contact existing customers for up-sell and cross-sell.
* Initiate contact with potential customers through prospecting.
