*Job Summary*
The front office staff is the director of the facility, while supporting the internal and external efforts of our massage therapists.
Desk staff are to be warm, welcoming, confident, and attentive, as client care is our main focus.
Desk staff use computer software to check our clients in and out, process payments, and schedule appointments with light data entry.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
• Opening/Closing facility checklist procedures
• Greeting Clients
• Checking clients in, and notifying therapists of their arrival
• Checking clients out, Payment processing, cash/check/credit card handling
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phone calls
• Managing client appointments, making reminder calls
• Maintaining the appearance of the lobby and restrooms
• Informing therapists of schedule changes, or late clients
• Entering client information into data base
• Making clear, concise messages and relaying them in a timely manner
*Required Knowledge and Abilities*
• Must have the ability to resolve problems using good judgment
• Strong verbal communication
• Excellent phone skills
• Must be well organized and have the ability to work independently
• Must be computer literate
• Must maintain confidentiality of client information
*Required Qualifications*
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be familiar with basic Microsoft office software
• Must have a flexible schedule, available to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to compute basic mathematical calculations
• Reliable and responsible
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.
00 - $22.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 29 per week
