Registered Client Associate

Investments Sales Associate Duties: - Phones Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions - Handle Paper Work, New Accounts and Money Movements - Return client calls.
- Book Appointments for clients and prospects - Meet or exceed sales goals and service standards Experience: - Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Familiarity with electronic products and sales is a plus - Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired Skills: - Excellent organizational skills - Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively - Software (Redtail, Emoney, Aldridge - preferred) - Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets - Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction Looking to expand our team here in the heart of Silicon Valley.
