Our family-friendly, Wealth Management firm in Redwood City, CA has an immediate opening for a Client Relationship Specialist.
This individual can expect to play a critical role in the smooth functioning of the office.
With overall responsibility for excellent customer service and the efficient interaction of clients and advisors, the Client Relationship Specialist must be able to work effectively with other team members, clients, and Financial Advisors.
*Responsibilities and Activities:*
* Schedule client reviews.
* Respond to client service issues*.
*
* Answer phones and proactively reach out to clients.
* Review and confirm client trades.
* Investigate and resolve any trade errors.
* Coordinate New Client Onboarding.
* Meet with clients and starts new client procedures.
* Follow up with clients and custodial firms as needed to make sure all paperwork is processed.
* Process Quarterly Reports, including review for accuracy and post quarterly reports to client portal.
* Develop, maintain, and document procedural written systems.
*Expectations:*
* A “can do” proactive attitude.
* Prompt response to client inquiries.
* Willing to occasionally work weekends or evenings as necessitated by client events.
(2-4 events per year)

*Preferred:*
* Previous experience in a brokerage, bank trust department or investment advisory firm merits immediate consideration.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
