MNTSTUDIO, the Bay Area’s premier boutique Pilates studio, is seeking Front Desk Associates to support our amazing team! Our Front Desk Associates set the tone for the client experience at MNT, making this an ideal opportunity for someone interested in customer service and hospitality.
Requirements:
- Interest in health and wellness
- Passion for customer service
- Retail experience a plus
- Experience with kids a plus
- Punctual, reliable, enthusiastic, and personable
- Availability in the afternoons Monday-Thursday
- Open to working weekends
Responsibilities:
- Open/close the studio
- Check in clients
- Tidy up the studio space
- Take inventory and restock MNT The Shop
- Care for kids in the childcare area
- Address client concerns and questions in person, via email, and phone
- Support the management team with events, long term projects, and other MNT initiatives
Type of Employment: Part-time employee with benefits available starting at 20 hours per week (health, dental, 401k).
