We offer rowing-based group fitness classes 7 days a week.
About the role:
The Row House Fitness Advisor play a key role in building and maintaining our membership base, as well as have a keen focus on customer service to create a high-level of member satisfaction.
Prior sales experience and a passion for fitness is preferred.
Training provided! Compensation is based on base hourly pay plus commission and bonus pay.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Generate interest in Row House classes and membership through outbound sales calls, texts, emails, and field lead generation
* Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests
* Be the face of the studio by greeting and checking-in guests when they enter the studio
* Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual’s needs and wants
* Conduct daily studio operations such as cleaning, organization, class set up and take down
* Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills required
* A desire to help people start their fitness journey with Row House
* Ability and desire to make outbound phone calls to schedule appointments and generate membership sales
* Must have proficient computer skills
* Must be able to multi-task and work effectively on a timeline
* Ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours throughout the workday
