We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative at a high-performing Farmers Insurance Agency.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working directly with existing clients to offer a world-class customer experience for all of their insurance needs such as answering questions about coverage, vehicle changes, billing, and documents.
With the support of the Insurance Agent, you will advise clients on how to be well-protected by recommending the proper insurance products.
This role will include some sales as you will learn how to cross-sell and upsell to existing policyholders in the agency.
To be considered, a candidate must be able to pass a background check and be licensed in Property and Casualty/Life, Accident, and Health (or *be willing to obtain the licenses with our support within the first 45 days*).
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide excellent customer service to policyholders by promptly answering emails, calls, and questions that arise.
* Be a point of contact for existing policyholders by informing clients of upcoming policy changes, premium changes, and/or policy updates.
* Utilize insurance knowledge to identify, educate, and provide advice to clients based on their insurance needs.
* Identify and evaluate clients’ unique insurance needs to generate quotes and implement policy changes with the assistance of the Insurance Agent.
* Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to help retain existing policyholders.
* Network and build new connections to promote growth in the Insurance Agency.
* Attend training and continuing education programs to stay current on industry trends, Farmers Insurance products, and best practices.
*Desired Qualifications:*
* Experience working within a customer-focused and problem-solving environment (2 years required).
* Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Must be a team player and coachable.
* Prior experience working in an Insurance Agency is a plus.
* Confident and self-starter that works well independently and with a team.
* Well-organized and highly detailed.
* Property & Casualty License (Preferred).
* Life & Health License (Preferred).
