Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Greet and welcome patients.
Check in patients, answering phones, schedule patients, confirm the patient's appointments, make follow- up appointments as needed, collect payments from patients, check daily schedule for accuracy, follow through on office email, daily.
Chart review for patient's charts
Update and gather patient insurance information from patients and insurance companies, verify patient's insurance eligibility.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, Have excellent attention to detail, be able to work well under pressure, must be a quick learner and to retain what you have learned.
Ability to multitask and to have an understanding of patient priorities,
