Full-Time Customer Service Specialist

Sibby's Cupcakery is a boutique cupcake bakery in downtown San Mateo that has been going strong for over 20 years now.
We have been featured in numerous local and national publications including Punch Magazine, San Francisco, Modern Bride and Lucky, which name us one of the best places for baked goods in Northern California.
We are currently looking for a friendly, energetic full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our awesome team!
The position is full-time, 5 days a week, Tuesday through Saturday ( Sunday and Mondays off), however flexibility is very important.
* Tuesday 9:30a – 6p
* Wednesday 9:30- 6p
* Thursday 9:30a – 6p
* Friday 9:30a – 6p
* Saturday 9a – 5:30p
Our Customer Service Associate is someone who is:
-Friendly and outgoing, with strong customer service skills
-Detail-oriented and meticulous
-Able to multi-task effectively
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Team-oriented (likes working with and collaborating with others)
-Flexible availability
-Punctual and reliable
-Resourceful and willing to take on new challenges
-Capable with QuickBooks (preferred, but not required)
-Creative and fun to be around!
Some of the Front Desk responsibilities include:
-Providing customer service over the phone and in person
-Data entry, correspondence, emails and filing
-Problem solving
-Deliveries (must have a clean driving record), errands
-General clean-up of bakery
-Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for several hours
