Sigona’s Fruit for Thought is looking for a Customer Service Representative to become a key player in our drive to make it easy for our customers to do business with us.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing accounts by providing exceptional need-probing and product matching assistance.
By being fully dedicated to the changing needs of our clients, the Customer Service Representative will be the primary contact between Sigona’s Fruit for Thought and the client; strong customer interaction skills are required.
The CSR must ensure that customers are retained, satisfied, and fulfilled their needs.
This position coordinates heavily with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
The CSR role is an integral role with a hand in many departments with a primary focus on customer service and office operations*.
* The CSR will ensure the highest standard of customer service by performing the following duties.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Provide exceptional support to our customer’s needs and requests by phone and email.
* Become an expert on all products and services Sigona’s Fruit for Thought provides.
* Process customer orders and order changes with high accuracy.
* Promptly respond to website inquiries and contact new customers from the website.
* Provide feedback on customer issues and rapidly provide answers or solutions to any customer complaints.
* Identify and suggest improvements to Sigona’s Fruit for Thought customer relationship process.
* Execute customer outreach of marketing campaigns and provide a thorough analysis of customer feedback.
* Effectively troubleshoot customer issues and cancellation requests by offering solutions that fit the client’s needs.
* Be a proactive member of our growing organization by taking ownership of delegated projects and assignments.
* Assist in office administration tasks as needed.
* Ensure client contact information accuracy across all customer relationship management databases.
* Work with the delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction
* Ensure all steps in customer interaction workflow are executed according to brand personality.
* Provide support to department heads and executives as needed.
*Additional Duties* \* Process and ensure prompt Dried fruit order Accuracy and Fulfillment.
* Manage Wholesale Order modifications to ensure accurate delivery.
* Weekly Order Management of administered accounts.
*Desired Qualifications and Experience* \* Bachelor’s Degree preferred
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
* Exceptional attention to detail with an interest in exploring the topic or issue at hand.
* Knowledge of or interest in the food industry is a plus.
* Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally.
* Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
* Ability to learn fast and eager to grow and develop new skills quickly; thrives on feedback.
* Possess a friendly demeanor, dynamic, engaging, and dependable; team player, detail-oriented, quality focus, and technical aptitude.
* Computer skills required: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $21.
00 - $25.
