As support specialist you will provide prompt and accurate support for all Dama products and services.
Additionally, you will provide support for internal teams in achieving revenue and retention goals.
Projects and responsibilities will vary over time, meaning flexibility and an aptitude to learn are key.

Specific responsibilities include
Become an expert on Dama’s full suite of products and services
End-user and client multi-media support (email, phone, text) for all Dama products and services
Provide support for internal teams that include but are not limited to compliance and client services
Document and provide feedback regarding product and process improvements
Client outreach and reminders regarding onboarding and compliance-related tasks
Assisting with miscellaneous projects to ensure an exceptional client experience
Contribute to end-user and client knowledge bases
Other duties and projects as assigned
Skills and experience
Acumen for assisting and resolving issues for customers and clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with computers and technology
Basic issue triaging and troubleshooting skills
Proven ability to work with a team to achieve collective objectives
Meticulous and vigilant, with a high level of attention to detail
Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently
Must be empathetic, patient, confident, good-humored, and able to interact well with a broad spectrum of personalities
Preferred
2+ years of experience providing customer service
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Experience within the banking or payments industry
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Work environment
Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information; possess skills to work independently or in a group setting; Flexible personality, as needs change depending on needs of the organization; can influence a large span of relationships and levels; general business office environment.
