Job Title: Part-Time Customer Success Manager Company: Thriver Location: Palo Alto/San Francisco, CA Job Type: Part-Time Job Description: Thriver is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time Customer Success Manager to join our team in the Palo Alto/San Francisco area.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients by serving as a client-facing representative.

Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
Provide timely responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Thriver's services to existing clients.
Interact with Vendors: Collaborate with vendors to coordinate menu options and ensure quality service delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
Act as a liaison between clients and vendors to resolve any issues or concerns.
Build Services: Assist clients by creating customized menus based on their dietary preferences, restrictions, and budget.
Curate and suggest services that align with client objectives and Thriver's offerings.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date service information is available to clients.
Client-Facing: Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to gauge their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Deliver product demonstrations and training to clients to maximize their utilization of Thriver's platform.
Provide expert guidance on how to make the most of Thriver's services to achieve their wellness goals.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and client-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with the Palo Alto/San Francisco area and local food vendors is a bonus.
