Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads for outside sales team
- Collaborate with sales team to create effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer accounts and track sales activities
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a technology sales environment
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and terminology
