Flexible Shift Options M-F: 6am - 3pm, 7am - 4pm OR 8am – 5pm!
Compensation: $54,000 - $65,000/year dependent upon experience
Location: On-site at our Corporate Offices 700 Chesapeake Drive, Redwood City, CA
(Note: due to the responsibilities of this role hybrid or remote work arrangements are not available)
Responsibilities:
Performs the order processing functions to ensure timeliness and efficiency.
Verify order entry of stocking, bill-only and material orders.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in receipt and sales order bookings
Manage and obtain necessary forms and documents to set up customer account in the system.
Generate customer accounts in various systems – i.
e.
QAD, Salesforce, StratX admin, Avalara, Federal Express ship manager, Q.
S.
logs
Provide administrative support to field sales with requests for trunk inventory, demos and marketing literatures.
Generate Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and console service request authorizations.
Instruct customers and/or field sales how to return biohazard material if applicable
Support field sales with the implementation of promotions and special pricing.
Maintain filing system for sales order paperwork
Complete all QAD transactions using established desktop procedures
Acts as a liaison with other departments to resolve order, booking and shipping problems.
Support quarterly trunk stock reconciliation.
Support end of day review
Generate FedEx shipper labels
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role such as customer service, sales coordinator or admin work
Previous working experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Effective verbal and written communication and listening skills.
Ability to work with different departments such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and off-site Distribution Center
Ability to prioritize workload and meet critical deadlines
