We are looking for someone to work in our front and back office.
Open shifts: * Friday 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm * Sunday 8:15 am - 1:15 pm Looking for candidates with previous office and customer service experience.
Must be proficient on the computer and available to work the above shift and sub on other days.
Some of the Responsibilities include: * Greet customers * Give new customers a tour of our facility * Help customers and potential costumers sign up for a class or gather more information * Answer phone calls from customers and return voicemails * Make outbound phone calls to customers regarding their child and enrolling them in a class or answer any questions they may have * Book children into classes * Work in our booking software * Communicate with customers via live chat We are looking for individuals who want to work for a company that allows growth and development.
