*To Nail The Customer Service Representative Position, You Must:*
* Understand each consumer's needs and tailor unique solutions reinforcing the benefits of our service, product offerings, and enrollment process
* Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing office results as needed
* Building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and comprehensive knowledge of our client's services
* Communicate with customers with a high level of empathy and sincerity and process orders quickly and efficiently
* Use provided resources and customer success tactics to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs in our commitment to maintaining the first point of contact resolution
* Meet and exceed performance standards set by Senior Management that include customer survey results, sales rates, quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
*We'll Be Looking For Our Customer Service Representative To Have:*
* Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree, or currently pursuing preferred
* Proven success in customer success and consultative sales environment
* Ability to work cohesively with the Customer Success Representative team to achieve common targets
* Passion for people and developing genuine relationships
* Enjoys a fast-paced (fun) working environment
* Reliable and able to work flexible full-time hours
* Intelligent, mindful, and humble
