Technical and Customer Support Specialist

*PLANET HALO is a provider for dash cams to commercial customers.
We also provide personal protective equipment (PPE) for the medical industry and general public.
* *We are looking to fulfill a full-time Technical and Customer Support position to join our company.
* *The Technical and Customer Support Specialist will be responsible to help integrate, troubleshoot and maintain a relationship with our customers.
* *Other tasks may include fulfillment, inventory receivable, packing and shipping.
* *Experience in technical support, customer service, packing/shipping a plus.
San Carlos & San Mateo location.
