DISPATCHERS/CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT NEEDED ABC Worldwide Transportation is currently seeking dedicated and self-motivated Dispatcher /Customer Service Agent to uphold our high quality work standards.
This multi-tasking position is responsible for communicating and supporting dispatching services for our chauffeured drivers around the world.
Customer Service Assistant are the primary contact for all chauffeurs and will handle all field activity as well as miscellaneous administrative duties.
ABC Transportation is a well-established Peninsula based company seeking enthusiastic individuals for a Full-Time Dispatcher position.
The Dispatch Position requires a person who is able to handle Heavy Phones, and Computer Data Input.
The Dispatcher will be the Primary Contact for all Chauffeurs/Drivers.
They will also handle various duties such as: • Dispatching orders and relaying messages and special instructions.
• Assuring scheduled trips are complete and checked for accuracy.
• Scheduling and routing vehicles for pickups/drop-offs • Verifying information such as name, address, location and special instructions of the passengers • Providing drivers with directions and anticipating route changes • Answering several phone lines • Taking live reservations while communicating effectively with customers and drivers providing concise instruction or information • Use effective listening skills to collect required information or to identify potential problems • Develop relationships with customers and drivers; utilize relationships to influence others and gain willing cooperation *****APPLICANT MUST TYPE AT LEAST 50 WPM***** ******MUST BE AVAILABLE NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS******* Knowledge of Bay Area Dispatching/Logistics Experience is NOT REQUIRED but can be helpful ABC Chauffeured Limousines is currently seeking a DEDICATED and SELF- MOTIVATED employee to continue to uphold our high quality work standards.
