help translate for daily chore (menlo park)

Bi-lingual is a must - Mandarin and English, Working location: 1275 Crane Street, Menlo Park.
Chores: needs someone to translate Mandarin into English to talk non Chinese speaking workers who take care of her daily chore.
She needs someone to help order Chinese food for meals to be delivered.
Transportation does not need.
