We seek a qualified preschool teacher interested in bilingual Japanese and English education.
*School location*: San Carlos *Responsibilities:* Teaching English in a phonics format tailored to each child's level.
Respecting children's individuality, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and providing support to nurture their abilities best suited to them.
Understanding bilingual education and being able to think and act flexibly in various situations.
Willing to provide bilingual education to children, we consider and utilize various educational methods.
Respect, able to do team work with other teachers and staff.
\* Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem \* Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional causes \* Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times \* Track children's progress and report to parents \* Collaborate with other educators \* Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards *Skills:* - 6+ ECE units (able to continue to take ECE classes) - 1 + years of experience as a preschool teacher - Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms - Communication and instructional skills *Education:* High school or equivalent (Preferred) *License / Certification:* - CPR Certification (Preferred) - Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred) *Benefits:* ・401(k) ・Holiday paid after 1 year working ・PTO Program Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $21.
