PAHGCC is a private country club committed to providing a world-class experience to our members.
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic tennis coach to join our team and help us build an exceptional tennis program.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a private contractor, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead our tennis program, reflecting your unique coaching style and philosophy.
We are looking for a self-starter with a high level of integrity and merit, who is eager to generate long-lasting revenue by delivering outstanding coaching services.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Develop and implement junior and adult group classes
Ability to maintain an average of 15 private lessons per week
Organize and lead engaging social events for members
Foster a vibrant and active community among our members
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of experience coaching group clinics
NTRP 4.
5+ player level or UTR 8-10+
USPTA or PTR Certified
USTA Safe Play Compliant
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The hours of this position vary and will change based on seasons.
This job requires you to be able to physically perform class format and play tennis
May lift up to and including 50 lbs.
Benefits and Compensation
This position would come on as a 1099 Independent Contractor
Earnings are commission-based and a percentage of the rate of the lessons billed
This position requires a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays as determined by business needs.
Meals are provided for staff 6 days a week
Staff are welcome to enjoy use of the Golf Course on Mondays’
