Hi,
With winter having arrived as well Christmas just around the corner, why not give your "man's best friend" an abode of easy comfort you can provide, as well a sense of security as they gaze out their window away from the doors elements; you know, like that "summer wind" Sinatra sang about.
Here's is my latest model, a room with a view - so to speak, This would accommodate a small to smallish medium size dog with an outside measurement of 30" by 36" and an inside dimension of 24" by 33" in length.
The door comes in at 15 1/2" by 10 1/2" in width.
The waterproof 1/8" plexiglass window allows your furry best friend to sit to that side out of the element's path while still taking in the view.
It's that simple.
All siding and roof underlayment is comprised of reclaimed redwood, as well new, with the frame constructed of 2 by 2" and 2 by 3" doug fir fram material.
The roof with its generous overhang is then overlaid with Suntop Polycarbonate panels of which are adhered the sheeting with waterproof, rubber-grommeted screws.
The house sits on pressure-treated 2 by 4" joist --ground wood.
As well, the siding is ripped and butted at 12 degrees assuring even more watershed beyond that of the generous overhang
But then here's where your part comes in with ease.
The 1/2" weather-stained plywood access door at the back allows you all the access needed to maintain your dogs comfort with ease.
And/or for those hot summer months, why not leave the back door up for that summer crosswind.
I'm retired after many days under the sun and have built and delivered north of 100 chicken coops and runs around the Bay Area and beyond.
So should you like to peruse other building projects, just click the "more ads by this user" to the right.
My website is currently being rebuilt but remains up.
Also, my customer yelp account is @ https://www.

I'm asking $385 for this canis familiaris (dog) house.
As well, i can accommodate all sizes and design suggestions should you be inclined, such as a partition halfway - or so - down the middle twixt their entry door and window for even more protection from winter elements.
The last 6 houses following the window model include barn wood, as well tongue and groove cedar, with roof coverings ranging from shake shingles to the same Polycarbonate Corrugated Roof Panels, of which also come in a forest green and brick red, both of which though have to be ordered.
And as noted, delivery is available
And i thank you.
