Could use some structural reinforcement but overall clean and in good condition.
Roof easily detaches from the structure for moving purposes.
Preferable you bring a pickup truck to relocate but feel free to bring your tools, deconstruct and move.
Structure could also be used as frame for a cute chicken coop, doghouse, etc.
