Our subconscious = the feelings, memories, and experiences we house in our bodies
Neuroscience tells us that our conscious minds only dictate about 5% of our daily decisions (!!!) - that's to say approximately 95% is left to the subconscious mind.
In other words, what we choose not to address within ourselves is left to our subconscious or predominant belief to decide.
It is possible to rewire our subconscious beliefs, even if we've been in holding patterns of stress, doubt, not-enoughness, lack, self-criticism, deprioritization of self, and so forth.
When we work together, we gently lead you back into the wisdom of your body, allowing you to take the reins on what beliefs and feelings you're wishing you shift or even open up to.
And time and time again from doing these sessions, it's almost jaw dropping to witness the level of experiential reconnection people get to themselves.
It absolutely CAN be easy if we let it.
And when we feel connected within, we are flowing with more energy that can be used in our day, we become the conscious observer of our experience and can choose which thoughts we wish to entertain, and we are ultimately more connected to our personal truth which is POWERFUL.
