Need help getting out of bad living sitution (redwood city)

Looking for an affordable Inlaw unit/ studio within the peninsula under $1200 a month.
Can help with babysitting, meal prep, Landry, personal assistant/admin work in return for discounted rent.
Just need help getting on my feet.
Trying to leave a bad living situation and start over.
If you’re a creep I will not respond.
Working professional in early 30s looking to stay within the peninsula.
Any help is much appreciated.
At my age I am not looking for roommates and prefer a private living situation.
