Hello to all~ I am offering fitness coaching to adults and older adults in the SF bay area.
I have over 13 years experience working out and healthy living.
I also studied with NASM, and I have a Master's degree in healthcare theory.
I can offer nutrition support, mobility conditioning, stretching/ massage assistance, body conditioning, power lifting, body building, strength training, real world strength training, fat loss and recovery.
