We can help you look forward to going home to practice self-care and enjoy your hobbies instead of feeling stressed as soon as you walk in the door.
We are offering a first time special for Initial visits at approximately $300 - $600 plus or minus.
(Worth over $1,000) What is included during initial visit? (Separate values are listed so people know what the value is if someone hires separate providers per item) ~ Up to two hours of therapeutic listening/conversation… ($120-$300) ~ Assistance planning self-care or developing hobbies ($150) ~ Decluttering home/living environment.
($250) ~ Spring Cleaning ($450-$750) ~ Up to 3 days worth of prepared meals.
($100+) Please reach out if you are going through a difficult transition and feel overwhelmed.
My Care Team is generally all female and includes 3 or 4 people per session for our clients.
