Services provided:
_Medication management and monitoring.
_Transportation to doctor’s appointments.
_Patient advocacy and health record management, experienced in setting up telemedicine appointments and correspondence.
_Administrative assistance (phone calls, email/mail correspondence, calendar management)
_Light meal prepping and meal planning for proper nutrition and hydration.
_Run errands (grocery shopping, regular or occasional transportation)
_Exercise monitoring and assistance following physical therapy plan when needed.
_Grooming, oral care, hygiene and dressing.
_Post-small surgery care and recovery.
