My name is Robin, and I am a hard-working personable professional.
I come with extensive office operations, customer service and vendor relation skills and a property management background.
Though my career has been primarily that of an Admin Assistant, Office Manager & Executive Assistant throughout various industries in Silicon Valley.
In 2008, I even created my own little business during the recession, whereby I supported small businesses and busy families/individuals as a Professional Organizer, Virtual Assistant and Independent Contractor meeting the needs of the community.
I thrive on being given high responsibility to care for businesses or individuals in need of my proactive professionalism & forward-thinking with confidentiality, creativity & high integrity.
I am huge on client/vendor relations and customer service, (which is a dying-art).
All that I do is handled with strong attention to detail, focusing on priorities, both internal & external clients.
My passion is to make a difference in the lives of others bring compassion wherever I go, and with a heart of compassion, my motto is: “If it’s ethical and legal…I do it!”
In May, I began working as an Assistant Property Manager, and absolutely love what I do.
Unfortunately, I accepted this position at a rate that I used to be able to live on, but realized that since expenses have gone up for everyone and I am self-supporting, I cannot live on this income and I presented this to my management.
I have done a lot in this role in the short period of time, including spearheading and overseeing a very successful National Night Out and catching up on over a dozen past due recertifications from last year, but even at that, they haven't been able to agree to increase my salary just a little, so I don't have to look for another job.
I can't wait for next year to be able to pay my bills, so it's time to look for a better opportunity both in property management and within other industries.
