Wanted RME license (Santa Clara county)

Hi.
I currently am looking to obtain a RMO / RME.
Lic for contractors lic for General contractor , I am experienced in the industry and do my rental properties as owner builder.
But lic would be more advantageous.
Please respond if you would consider a RME or RMO lic.
And we can discuss cost / fees.
