Significantly improved performance of the offshore development teams through implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies while overhauling a development process that was struggling to yield revenue-generating products.
• Simultaneous management of an offshore team of 24 developers/QAs from Wuhan, China and another offshore team of 4 QAS from Mysore, India.
• Oversee resource planning on a monthly basis with Department Head and offshore managers.
Identity and solve issues on a weekly basis with offshore resource managers in China and India.
Monitor nightly review of impediments and code with offshore developers/QAs in China and India.
• Advise and direct offshore designers and coders to make sure they follow coding/design standards.
• Monitor and track each project to make sure it delivers on time and under budget.
Accountable for Security and Intellectual Property issues.

Ensure all code is easily maintainable as well as easily extended.
Consult on and create the design for several utility programs using JAVA/Eclipse IDE.
Oversee and maintain three Windows Servers for JIRA/Ranorex Automation/GIT applications.
