If you need help with your business, but do not want to hire a permanent employee, I can help you by working for you remotely! I have 30+ years of office experience.
I can help you with a multitude of projects or tasks, including typing (I have experience with preparing leases, addendums, letters, and most any other kind of correspondence); transcribing; proofreading/editing documents; data entry; and preparing and sending out invoices.
If you are a property manager/real estate professional, I have experience with filing rent registries in Berkeley and Oakland.
I am also available to take care of any resident relations/complaints on your behalf.
Most of my office experience is in the property management field.
I am extremely familiar with Propertyware and Rent Manager software.
My fee for the above services is $50 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours per assignment.
I am also a Notary Public.
The prices for notarial acts are determined by the California Secretary of State and start at $15 per signature.
I am easy to work with and will be an asset to your firm.
