Meet division expectations for a number of proposals and closing sales ratios.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ prices.

Participate in bidding, pre-construction services, budgeting, and project planning.
Recognize on-site activities impeding progress or jeopardizing project requirements.
Review estimates to ensure accuracy for equipment costs, labor costs, and project pricing.
Create and approve agreements & contracts involved in the sales process.
Manage production, field installers in managing project budget\TimeLine.
Prepare, quotes, and negotiate change orders with clients.
Assist in closing projects and managing the customer experience from sale to completion.
Analyze competitors and review with management 10+ years of Construction\Finish\Rough materials estimating\sales.
Ability to maintain open communication with staff involved with Project/Production Management, Superintendents\Foreman, and Installed Product Specialists.
