Associate General Counsel, Litigation

Meta seeks a sharp, strategic and highly motivated, team player to join the Litigation team.
You will work cross-functionally with a wide variety of teams across the company.
This role requires good judgment, a strong work ethic, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a strong interest in learning about new technologies and areas of the law.

Associate General Counsel, Litigation Responsibilities: Manage and drive strategy for high-profile litigation and pre-litigation matters, including regulatory litigation, consumer class actions, antitrust, constitutional, and commercial disputes, and other content-related matters Collaborate with and manage outside counsel Advise cross-functional teams on litigation strategy and risks Coordinate and actively participate in internal discovery activities in partnership with our world-class eDiscovery team Develop creative approaches to managing legal risks and resolving disputes Minimum Qualifications: J.
D.
degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one U.
S.
state bar 8+ years of litigation experience at a law firm, government, and/or in-house role Experience managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously Experience managing high stakes, complex litigation Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with technology companies Experience defending litigation with state and federal regulators Experience managing class actions Experience working with cross-functional teams, both legal and non-legal Trial and appellate experience About Meta: Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
