We're looking for an ambitious Mid-Level Employment Associate Attorney to amplify our dynamic team's strengths.
*Roles & Opportunities:* *Mid-Level (2-3 years)* * Collaborate with leading PE/m Life Science and Tech clients.
* Craft and negotiate employment and separation agreements.
* Lead workplace investigations.
* Advise on a spectrum of employment issues, including disputes and negotiations.
*Qualifications:* * 2-3 years in management-side employment law, with a passion for litigation.
*Senior-Level (4-6 years)* * Manage complex litigation cases.
* Develop employment-related agreements and policies.
* Conduct detailed workplace investigations.
* Provide expert counsel on diverse employment law matters.
*Requirements:* * At least 4 years of relevant experience, with substantial litigation expertise.
* Experience in corporate transaction support is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $225,000.
