Skills needed:
* Draft Judicial Council forms, MPA's, discovery, and trial briefs.
* Understand California Family Law, Rules of Court, and Rules of Civil Procedure.
* Strategize.
* Trial experience.
* Excellent writing and research skills.
* Willingness to accept constructive feedback with a desire to develop your skills.
* Review and analyze legal documents and contracts.
* Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
* Keep clients up to date, weekly and sometimes daily.
* Collaborate with partners, associates, and team members.
* Stay current on developments in family law.
You must have:

from an accredited law school.
* Be licensed to practice law in California.
* A minimum of three years' experience in Family Law
* Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
* The highest level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.
* Ability to manage case load, prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Salary:
* $175,000 - $225,000, commensurate with experience + up to $80,000 in total bonuses, paid quarterly, based on exceeding minimum collected hours
