IP Litigation Associate

Hopkins & Carley, a full service law firm with offices in Redwood Shores and downtown San Jose, has an immediate opening for an Associate to join the Litigation Department and IP Practice Group.
The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years litigation experience.
We are seeking an IP Litigation Associate who has the versatility and interest to work on both IP (patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright litigation) and tech-centric general commercial litigation (breach of warranty and contract, fraud, unfair competition, privacy).
A technical/engineering background is preferred, but not required.
Strong research, legal analysis, writing skills and interest in trial work are required.
We seek candidates that are proven self-starters as well as possessing the ability to work as part of a larger team.
Candidates must be a current member of the State Bar of California in good standing.
