Short Role Description / Purpose:
The Senior Project Manager, Compliance Operations will support various operations of the Dompé Healthcare Compliance team.
This role will be primarily responsible for providing project management support to the Compliance team through data collection and reporting, tracking and updating department project plans, and facilitating knowledge sharing across team members and business stakeholders.
This role will coordinate spend transparency efforts and facilitate the collection, processing and reporting of annual transfers of value to healthcare professionals and organizations.
Reporting to the Healthcare Compliance Director, this role will support the U.
S Compliance team and its development and implementation of business processes and compliance controls.
Responsibilities:
Serve as project manager in developing, implementing, maintaining, and revising Corporate Compliance department project plans.
Track progress and status of multiple projects effectively, including key milestones, business owner(s), and required next steps.
Serve as the point of contact for annual spend transparency reporting for internal stakeholders, business partners and external vendors.
Effectively plan, manage, and execute large-scale events, including project planning and management, coordination with business stakeholders, materials and content sourcing, and logistics support
Develop effective working relationships with Corporate Compliance team members, business stakeholders, and other partners
Support data collection and reporting through development of status updates and executive-facing presentations with the help of Compliance team members' input
Support the Corporate Compliance department contracting and budgeting needs, including vendor management and annual budget development
Support the Corporate Compliance team with development and implementation of business processes and controls (data collection and analysis, review of grant requests and sponsorship review, charitable donations, with opportunities for live and transactional monitoring)
Education & Experience:
Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree, business, management or healthcare-related field
6 years of project management or related experience
3 years of spend transparency reporting
Technical Expertise:
Skilled at project management, able to develop, implement, maintain, and revise Compliance department project plans
Ability to manage multiple tasks and function independently, consult manager/team members for help or clarification as needed
Expresses ideas clearly and effectively through both verbal and written communications
Detail-oriented and dependable
Critical thinker who identifies operational inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and develops, considers and proposes solutions to challenges
Works effectively under pressure and produces accurate, quality results in a timely manner
Proficiency with and/or ability to learn industry-specific systems (e.
g.
, Sharepoint, custom compliance repository systems) that support day-to-day compliance operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
Further Requirements:

Adept at forming and maintaining a collaborative work environment in and among cross functional teams, including global teams
Ability to respond appropriately to needs of key stakeholders and manage expectations
Life sciences background or knowledge a plus, specifically in the biopharmaceutical and rare disease industry
Interfaces effectively with third-party vendors to support department contracting and budgeting
$130,000 - $170,000 a year
