Accounting Operations Manager

DIICE Controllership, which is part of the finance organization, supports a wide range of products, is seeking a financial operational systems manager to join our dynamic and high performing team.
In this position, collaboration with various cross-functional accounting, engineering teams will be essential to grasp finance-relevant processes and data flow and build solutions.
You'll leverage your knowledge of the end to end accounting processes along with technical expertise to comprehend system architecture and data models for various products.
You will lead the development of data reporting and insight solutions for our team.
You will help design and influence areas where existing systems and reporting can be improved or re-imagined.
Accounting Operations Manager Responsibilities: Be an expert in the e2e movement of finance specific data from products systems to payment systems, and then to Fusion and Essbase.
Build a wealth of knowledge for products managed by the team and be a go-to person for all data and reporting questions.
Support all audit related reporting requirements.
Manage a portfolio of reporting projects, collaborate with cross functional teams, to build and deliver high quality operations, reporting and analytical solutions for non- technical teams Build and propose a data and reporting foundation for scalable solutions where necessary with an eye on future transformational technologies Partner with and influence internal / external teams and enable them to be highly productive Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with a finance organization along with a huge understanding of finance processes, specifically accounting and reporting is a must Experience working with Product launches from a finance perspective and advocate for financial reporting needs Experience in financial close process is a must Experience with big data platforms such as HIVE 3+ years' experience with Tableau (or similar reporting tool) and experience to create effective data visualizations is a must Effective communication in a non technical way to a variety of audience is a must Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with financial systems is highly preferred Preferably 3+ years of experience in SQL, Python.
