Facebook is seeking a results-driven Director to lead the Partnerships team for one of Meta’s top partners.
The Alliance Partnerships team is responsible for managing some of Meta’s key relationships and is the primary point of contact for both our internal and external stakeholders across Meta’s Family of Apps.
This position requires high levels of creativity, strategic thinking, troubleshooting and leadership skills as you will be leading the team that identifies and drives some of our top initiatives while working cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Marketing and Legal teams to identify potential solutions.
Director, Alliance Strategy & Partnerships Responsibilities:
Lead a small SWAT team with significant surface area coverage across our Family of Apps
Set and drive company strategy for a top OS/platform provider across key product pillars.
Work cross-functionally to lead projects around long term product, policy, legal, marketing strategy around key initiatives that span all Facebook properties
Represent Facebook in external meetings with executives, both internally and externally
Maintain direct and active relationships with executives at partner companies, serving as an escalation point of various issues
Drive complex relationships to resolution through both internal and external communications
Minimum Qualifications:
BA or BS Degree
15+ years of work experience in product/platform, partnership or technical experience in consumer technology and mobile focused companies, including 5+ years of partner facing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, JD or Masters’ Degree preferred
Experience defining, developing and driving large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Proven track record of organizational leadership, recruiting, and developing talent
Understanding of Facebook’s strategic and competitive position
Strong product sense and understanding of product and technical matters
Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills – with a track record of developing working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Facebook
