* Minimum of 12+ years of Industrial experience and 5+ years of Project Manager experience across PeopleSoft projects.
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of PeopleSoft Upgrade projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
* Should have PeopleSoft HCM/financials 9.
2 Upgrade project management experience.
* Should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore Project Manager.
* Experience in working on global projects and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, stakeholders, and clients, to gather requirements and define project objectives.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones, to ensure successful project execution.
* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project success.
* Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, end-users, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure alignment & satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
* Report and escalate to management as needed.
* Oversee quality assurance processes, including testing and validation, to ensure the integrity and functionality of PeopleSoft solutions.
* Drive change management initiatives, including training and adoption strategies, to facilitate smooth transitions and maximize user acceptance.
* Stay updated with industry trends, best practices & emerging technologies related to PeopleSoft & incorporate relevant advancements into project planning & execution.
