This is an onsite, part time position open to local candidates.
Location: i2c HQ at 100 Redwood Shores Parkway, Suite 100, Redwood City, CA 94065.
Days/Hours: 3-4 days per week between M-Th from 9:00am-2:00pm.

i2c is looking for an experienced Office Manager/Personal Assistant to support a highly visible CEO at our headquarters in Redwood City.
Candidate must have superior attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile to ensure all tasks/asks are completed in a timely manner and must be able to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Requires 5+ years' working as an assistant to director level+ or similar experience within office leadership
Minimum associate degree, bachelor degree preferred
Computer proficiency required in Excel and Word
Professional written and verbal communication skills are essential
Dependable, punctual and available to CEO
Able to work as part of a team in a cooperative and supportive way
Ability to build relationships with a wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities
Provide personal support to the CEO, work closely with all levels of staff
Run personal errands for the CEO, (bank, post office, etc.
) manage office supplies, and overall office maintenance to include mail, kitchen supplies, conference room upkeep, ordering lunches and greeting clients
Problem solve any technical challenges with computer systems, email and networks as needed.
Also, work closely with Procurement and IT departments to ensure all office equipment is inventoried and in working condition
Liaise with various internal and external parties, exercises sound judgment and discretion in dealing with highly confidential/sensitive business and personal matters
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding process with other departments
Ability to handle large variety of details and work under pressure across all levels of organization
Oversee all daily office functions ensuring the organization and staff have a satisfying work environment
Provide event planning assistance to the Marketing team as needed for events
Opening and distributing all incoming mail for the office and CEO
Physical Security - Liaison with RWC Building Management - onsite point person for office physical security, Employee ID Badges, Guest visitor at Kiosk, power and HVAC needs in server room
Provide onside technical support for RWC desktop/laptop user equipment
Setting up and coordinating onsite client meetings in the office, ordering food, badges, setting up a/v equipment
Other office duties as assigned
