Responsibilities: - Oversee the operations of the dietary department, including meal planning, preparation, and service - Ensure compliance with all dietary regulations and guidelines - Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of residents - Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies - Train and supervise dietary staff members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of food service - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas Skills: - Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required - Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for various populations - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to multitask As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs.
