Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
Primarily responsible for maintaining organization of assets within the DAM in accordance with governance process and standards.
Has an intimate understanding of taxonomy, metadata and tagging structure.
Knows how to find assets within the corporate repository quickly using Search Filters and other mechanisms available.
Responsible for updating or adding new metadata fields for assets that may be missing or have incorrect data.
Ensures that DRM standards and controls are applied properly to all new and existing Assets.
Has the knowledge, permissions, and skills to perform bulk uploading directly to the DAM as needed.
Can advise business on naming conventions for assets loaded into the DAM to optimize search and re-use.
Performs regularly scheduled review, maintenance and archival of ageing assets in accordance with business governance procedures.
May be the primary owner/author of Asset Management governance procedures if they do not already exist.
Meets regularly with business key stakeholders to understand and prepare for ingestion of assets into the DAM for upcoming campaigns and marketing programs, adhoc requests, etc.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront or other Project Management tool, AEM
Archive management and asset cataloging
Digital rights management
Taxonomy
Asset Management
Governance
Metadata
Knowledge of Macintosh operating systems
Ability to communicate and work across teams.
